Commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Hermosa Beach Skate Park, Boards Across Hermosa transforms the city into an immersive art and history walk. Fifty artists, inspired by Hermosa's skate heritage, unveil creations on skateboards, weaving a captivating narrative of the town's link to skate culture. Nano Nobrega, renowned for art, surf, and music collaborations, leads a special exhibition with 30+ meticulously designed skateboards featuring Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Farrah Fawcett, KISS, Rick Griffin, and more. A unique piece from his collection, autographed by THE DOORS' Robby Krieger, is up for auction, supporting the Hermosa Beach Chamber Foundation and Indivisible Arts—an arts-focused local non-profit fostering creativity, consciousness, and connection.
